The signup process for the Saigon Writers Club classes is very simple. Send an email to Sam Korsmoe at sam@yespi.net with the following information included:

The Flash Fiction Workshop is free. The tuition for the 10-session creative writing class is VND 5,000,000 per person.  Bank transfer details will be sent back via the same email.  The tuition covers all lectures, materials, one-on-one consultations, publishing, and a copy of the short story anthology.
